Who is responsible

PROVENTUS CAPITAL LTD is responsible for personal information it handles in connection with this website and its enquiries. Registered office: 128 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX. Contact enquiries@proventuscapital.co.uk about privacy matters.

Information you provide

If you contact us by phone or email, we receive the details you provide, such as your name, contact information and the nature of your enquiry. The enquiry form collects your name, email address, enquiry type and message, together with an optional phone number and company name. It sends this information to our enquiries team by email. We do not offer account registration.

Please keep initial enquiries brief and do not send identification documents, bank statements or other sensitive financial records unless a suitable process has been agreed.

Why we use it

We use enquiry details to respond, understand the requested service and discuss an appropriate next step. Our legitimate interests are communicating with people who contact us, managing enquiries and maintaining appropriate service records. Where necessary to take steps at your request towards a contract or provide a contracted service, we use information for that purpose. We also use information where necessary to comply with applicable legal obligations.

Referrals & service providers

Where an introduction is proposed, we will explain the intended recipient and discuss the information needed before making the referral. The receiving firm is responsible for explaining its own privacy practices.

Hosting, email and other service providers may process information needed to deliver those services. Access should be limited to what is necessary for their role. Further service-specific privacy information will be provided when needed.

Website logs & cookies

The contact page uses an essential session cookie to protect the enquiry form, prevent duplicate submissions and display its submission status. This cookie expires when your browser session ends. The website does not include advertising trackers or third-party analytics. Hosting infrastructure may process technical information such as IP addresses, requested pages and request times for service delivery and security. Email and external website links are handled by the services you choose to use.

For spam prevention, the server temporarily keeps a hashed network-address identifier and attempt counts in a private rate-limit file. This data is used only to control submissions, not for advertising. Enquiry content is not saved in a website database; it is handled through email.

Retention & security

Information is kept for as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected, taking account of ongoing enquiries, service records and applicable obligations. You can ask us about the retention period relevant to your information.

Please avoid sending sensitive information by ordinary email. If further records are needed, agree an appropriate method with the firm requesting them.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances and lawful basis, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict use of your information, to object to processing, and to data portability. Where consent is used, you can withdraw it. Contact us to make a request or ask about your information.

You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
